It is a brand extension project for athletic brand Lululemon. By seeing the deep connection between brand Lululemon and yoga and the growth of the yoga market, our team decided to open a Yoga Studio for Lululemon. We went through Lululemon’s business and history. Then we did the market and industry research, identified the target customers and competitors. This project also covers product development, marketing campaigns, the marketing calendar, visual design for the yoga studio, and financial plan.
